By booking a rental through Greek Closet, you agree to these terms. Please read them before booking.
You must be at least 18 years old to book a rental.
Items listed on Greek Closet are available for temporary rental only. Booking an item does not transfer ownership. Items remain the property of Greek Closet at all times.
You agree to pick up and return your rented item on the dates specified at booking. We photograph each item at pickup and return to document its condition — by booking, you agree to this documentation process.
Items returned after the agreed return date are subject to a late fee of $5 per day late. If an item is more than 7 days late, we reserve the right to charge the full replacement value of the item.
Normal wear from a single evening’s wear is expected and not charged. If an item is returned damaged beyond normal wear (stains that don’t wash out, tears, missing pieces), we will compare pickup and return photos and may invoice you separately for cleaning or replacement costs. We do not require an upfront deposit — this documentation process is what allows us to skip that.

Greek Closet is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of a rented item at an event. Items are provided as-is; you are responsible for wearing and handling them appropriately.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Greek Closet after changes means you accept the updated terms.
