Greek Closet (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a themed outfit rental service for college students. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Booking information: your name, email address, and phone number when you book a rental.
- Rental details: event, pickup, and return dates for each booking.
- Payment information: processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full card number — Stripe handles that under its own security standards.
- Pickup/return photos: we photograph each rented item at pickup and return to document its condition. These photos may include the item and its immediate surroundings.
How we use this information
- To process and confirm your booking and payment.
- To send you booking confirmations and coordinate pickup/return.
- To document item condition and resolve damage disputes fairly, using pickup/return photos.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-party services we use
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase — database and storage for booking and listing information.
- Resend — sending booking confirmation emails.
Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing how they handle data on our behalf.
Data retention
We retain booking records, including pickup/return photos, for 12 months after your most recent rental, after which they are deleted unless we’re required to keep them longer for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we need to keep for legitimate business or legal reasons), by contacting us at the email below.
